Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Returns received within 7–14 days of delivery will be issued store credit only.
Returns requested after 14 days will require the customer to cover the shipping cost to send the package back.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed.

Important: The suite number must be included on all return packages. We are not responsible for packages sent without the suite number, as they may not reach us.

Return Labels

At this time, we do not have an automated return label system set up, but we’re happy to assist. Please note that email responses may take 1–2 business days, and we cannot take responsibility for any delays this may cause in the return process.

If you choose to use our return label, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are final sale, including any purchase made using a promo code or discount code. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in pristine condition, with all labels attached, unworn, and free of snags, stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
